The objective was to develop a robust sourcing strategy that would consider the various options for how the ICT system might be transferred between departments and then continue to be managed and operated.

Facilitating workshops with leadership teams to collaboratively refine a new Operating Model and Governance Framework that ensured strategic alignment with ICT directives.

Implementation Planning

Developing a structured roadmap with defined steps to transition to the new model, supported by clear governance mechanisms and business case frameworks for key initiatives.

Results

The client approved the sourcing strategy recommendations and implemented a transition in line with the approved strategy. Narada Consulting personnel continued to provide support throughout the transition, including general ad-hoc commercial support and the design, negotiation and approval of the ongoing operational arrangements for the infrastructure platform that underpinned the ICT system. Throughout the engagement, we carefully managed interactions with change impacted personnel and provided an impartial presentation of sourcing options without undue influence from any single stakeholder.

For Gill, Narada is more than just a workplace—it’s a community that feels like family. Her passion lies in creating effective, people-focused systems and doing whatever it takes to enable the success of the team.

Outside of work, Gill is a devoted “Gillma” to her grandchildren and treasures time with her family and friends. She’s also a committed community supporter, having completed multiple City to Bay fun runs and raised significant funds for charitable causes and those in need. A long-time sponsor of three children in Cambodia, Gill strongly believes in giving young people the tools and encouragement to thrive.
